Roast Potatoes

Yukon gold potatoes (you are going to will need about 2 potatoes for each man or woman.)
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Sprig of rosemary (optional)

Preheat oven to 450 levels

Dice Yukon gold potatoes (ensure all parts are roughly the same size to guarantee even cooking).

Toss in a roasting pan with adequate olive oil until finally potatoes are included (but not swimming in the oil). Make positive the pan isn’t far too crowded.

Generously sprinkle kosher salt. Grind some pepper much too, if you like pepper.
