ECS Inc.’s ECS-RTC-3225-5609 is a small form factor I2C real time clock (RTC) that features an embedded 32.768 kHz TCXO with a temperature sensor. This RTC is available in a 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.0 mm package, making it suitable for portable, battery-powered and small electronic devices where stability is critical. The ECS-RTC-3225-5609 has a current consumption of 2.0 µA and stability of ±5ppm at -20°C ~ 70°C and ±20ppm at -40°C ~ 85°C.
